Step 2. Hair and makeup rehearsal
I carry out a hair and makeup rehearsal at my Edwardian beauty studio in Ash, Surrey as part of your package. Your wedding date is already securely booked out exclusively for you. The rehearsal can take place any time you are ready, once you know about yours and your bridesmaids gowns, flowers, headdress and details of the ceremony and where you would like to get ready. It is risk-free and gives you complete control and peace of mind that your date is safe and secure.
What makes the hair and makeup rehearsal so special?
This is the chance for us to really get to know each other and for you to get a feel for how the morning of your wedding will run.

I will ask you questions about your gown style and colour, your bridesmaids dresses, the hair and makeup you wear day-today. Tell me what ideas you have in mind for your wedding hair and makeup look and what headdress or veil you have. If you have collected images of different bridal looks, we will go through them together to work out what will be best for you.

Take a seat and relax in my elegant Edwardian-inspired beauty studio as we agree on your bridal hair and makeup with up to three guests of your choice. You’ll enjoy a delicious cream tea in my prettiest china as you chat through your ideas and inspiration. I’ll then take that information to create your look for your big day taking your dress, theme, headdress and so on into account.
We’ll work on your look until you’re completely satisfied. Then on the big day itself, your agreed look will be faithfully recreated for you.

What is The Society of Timeless Beauty? It is The Hair & Beauty Artist’s exclusive Beauty Salon Membership Program, offering various benefits to members.
How do I enrol in the membership program? You must complete the registration form and provide accurate, up-to-date information. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
What are the benefits of becoming a member? Benefits may include discounted services, exclusive access to promotions, and priority booking. Specific benefits will be detailed at the time of your enrolment.
How and when are the membership fees paid? A recurring membership fee will be charged according to your selected society plan. Payments are automatically debited from your nominated bank via Standing Order on the 7th day of the month.
What happens if I miss a membership payment? Failure to pay membership fees may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.
What is the duration of the membership? The initial term is 12 months. The membership will automatically renew for an equivalent period at the end of each term unless you cancel it.
How do I cancel my membership? You can cancel at any time by providing written notice to Ema Parsons at least 28 days prior to your next billing cycle.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my membership early? No refunds will be issued for partial membership periods or for fees already paid. Your access to benefits will cease at the end of the current billing cycle.
