Why You Will Need A Patch Test Prior To Lash & Brow Treatments?

You may have had lash or brow tinting or perming at another salon in the past but you are required to have a patch test 48 hours before a treatment at my home salon to ensure you have no allergies or developed an allergy to the tint or perming solution in between times. As a professional salon my insurance company requires me to carry out the patch test for each of the following circumstances:

After Covid vaccination or illness
After a break from tinting or perming of 6 months or more
After a change of medication
After a change of medical history

*A patch test is required 48hrs before your first tinting treatment or if you have had a break of more than 6 months. The patch test is free and only takes a few moments, please add this to your booking the week before you would like your actual tinting service.
